Role(s):
To oversee the design, editing, printing and mailing of publications To oversee entry of charitable donations and maintenance of database To assist the President and others by handling routine administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
1. Publication Design and Mailing
Design and/or proofread publications as required, including the tri-annual LINK, college catalogue, handbooks, yearbook, event booklets, staff strategy reports and other materials and over see printing and mailing.
Maintain par stock of mailing items such as envelopes, paper stock, photocopier toner and other supplies.
Co-ordinate all major mailings from various departments and ensure sufficient postage is available.
2. Provide Administrative assistance to various departments
a. For the President
Prepare correspondence and documents as required, including appeal letters, acknowledgment letters, and other correspondence.
Send out biweekly Prayer Update to the Board and all others who request it.
Serve as recording secretary for Operations Committee and other meetings as needed
Other duties as required.
b. For the Business Manager
Maintain master mailing list with current address information and relationship codes.
Enter daily deposits into Silent Partner program and produce all receipts and reports.
Serve as backup receptionist when receptionist is not in the office.
Keep a record of registrations as they are received for special events such as the summer course, reunions, etc.
Assist with conferences and special events on campus as required.
c. For the Director of Stewardship/Director of Admissions/Director of Youth Edge
Assist with design and editing of correspondence as required.
Prepare mailings as required, i.e. prospective students, catalogues, posters.
d. For the Director of Athletics
Assist with design of Sports Camp registration forms and posters.
Prepare printouts and labels for mailings as needed.
Enter registrations for Sports Camps.
e. Perform other duties as required.

-have a seminary degree preferred, Bible college degree accepted.
